CUSTOMER FOR THIS WEEK - SREEDEVI

Sreedevi had visited my store last year when she had come for a vacation. She resides in US and it was a pleasant surprise to meet her again this year. The last time she visited my store and got herself a dress made,  she had wished that she had come across my store earlier as she wanted to place an order for several clothes. But she did assure me that the next year, she will be back and will make sure that I had enough time to make more designer outfits for her. I had forgotten about it until I saw her again at my store and she said...."Here I am Tabu, back to you....".and as promised she did place an order for some designer outfits to be made for her. I was feeling ecstatic and its a high  feeling of joy when my clients revert back to me with good feedback and also recommend through word of mouth. I take this opportunity to thank all of you who have stood by me ever since La Princesse was just a business philosophy. I owe my standing to all you gals out there. Three Cheers to You All!!!

In the first picture, Sreedevi is seen wearing a peach and white kalidar silk set and if you observe the churidhar, a lace has been added to increase the outlook of the floor length anarkali dress. In the second picture, she is seen wearing a canary yellow and royal blue combination anarkali dress which is also made in the floor length with a matching netted dupatta with rich parsi work done on it. The third picture shows her wearing a velvet chiffon dress that is richly embroidered with antique zardozi and the combination of ice beige and olive green is the highlight of this dress.

Dear Sreedevi,
As a thanksgiving I would like to present you with a gift coupon which I am emailing to you. You may kindly redeem it the next time you visit my store. I think this would be the longest validity period ever offered. Check your email for more details.

Tips on Preserving Expensive Clothes

Wrap the clothes in white cotton or muslin before storing. This will help in preserving the color and the sheen on the dress.
If you do not plan to wear these clothes for a few months, do not iron it before storing. It is better to iron it just before wearing it.
It is a good idea to air the clothes, away from direct sunlight, twice a year.
Never use napthalene balls along with heavy clothes with zari work on it, as they will get tarnished.
Avoid spraying perfume directly on the zari embroidery of such clothes.
If clothes have perspiration smell, dry clean them before storing them away and remember to give them only to a trusted launderer.
If the clothes have got stained while usage, never pack them inside before getting rid of them. They may turn out to be a stubborn stain.
Fabrics should not be over exposed to sunlight.
