Tip of the day

Have you ever wondered why does everyone suddenly want their dresses, socks bands and even handbags to have been grown in cotton fields? The mercury is shooting up and people are heading for the beach or a pool to cool off. 'Summer Afternoon', the two most beautiful words in English language. Should you not be paying more attention to what you are wearing this summer? In each season, one fabric stands out as a shortcut to style. For summer, it is cotton. Switch on to frosty colours like cool pink, misty lavender, turquoise blue and of course white. Do visit your designer before the heat hits and catches you with nothing clean and fresh to wear.

Avoid spraying perfume directly on the zari embroidery of such clothes.
If clothes have perspiration smell, dry clean them before storing them away and remember to give them only to a trusted launderer.
If the clothes have got stained while usage, never pack them inside before getting rid of them. They may turn out to be a stubborn stain.
